I worked in the corporate world as a graphic designer and production artist from the mid-70s to the mid-80s when I started paying attention to my own drama and knew I needed a life change. So I got sober. I realized that if I didn't upgrade me, I'd be in real trouble at some point. That led to lots of fasting which opened me up to this work.

Afterwards, I had a catering business for many years that focused on food and design which later became food and healing. In addition, I learned to work with myself through different systems like flower essence therapy, herbs, and aromatherapy. I continue to be my first client.

Much of the guidance that comes through me is from the nature kingdom. The connections I have are from you and me and everything else. We are all higher and holier than we know. That's what I know I'm looking for.
